    1.  Portable single shaft torque winder on 24" X 24" steel base with 8020 top assemble for traverse, motor and shaft mounting and easy flexibility on locking casters.
    2.  QTY (1) 1 HP DC Motor Control with Tension Control via 10 turn potentiometer.
    3.  QTY (1) 1 HP DC Motor.
    4.  Wrap Speed is mechanically adjusted using a Amacoil/Uhing traverse.
    5.  Machine is 115 VAC (Can be 230V if requested)
