Description

This machine includes a roll holder for convenient feed of the plastic sheet into the machine. The machine is 28" deep by 50" wide. The depth from the top flange to the vacuum bed is 3".
We are including two rolls of of plastic for making signs as well (shown in picture).   It also includes numerous individual molds, including a set of festive holiday molds.  It contains lettering and numbers in 4 different sizes, with cases for organizing.
The machine is operated by placing the molds on to the vacuum bed.  The plastic sheet is then placed across the top of the opening, insuring ample plastic to lock the sheet in place when the top is closed.  The top is then closed and locked in place using the two clips on both sides of the control console.  One then powers the unit on and sets the amount of time for heating.  The red button is then pushed to start the process.  The machine will show a red "heating" light during the heating process. When heating is complete, the vacuum system will automatically start.  When sufficient cooling has occurred, the machine can be powered off and the formed sheet removed. The machine may be lifted by two people into a standard pickup truck bed. If one wishes to use freight, we will work with the freight company on pick up and loading. We do not however, provide a freight company or handle freighting the item.
